Noida investment: True Vision Realtors or other options?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida real estate. I've been considering True Vision Realtors Pvt Ltd. Has anyone invested with them? What's your experience? Also, I'm torn between under-construction and ready-to-move properties. Which one is better for ROI right now? What do you think about the rental yield potential in Atta (Village)? Is it a good area for investment, or are there better options in Noida? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about current market conditions? Is it really a good time to buy?
