Okay I'll be honest — I'm based in Dubai and feeling lost. Thinking of investing in Noida, maybe Sector 152. I can't visit easily, so ready-to-move seems safer, right? But under-construction projects like SM Homes are cheaper. Big dilemma! Rental yield reality kya hai in Noida? Is it worth the risk of possession delay? Need advice from people on the ground.
