Hey guys, I'm thinking of buying in Noida. Under-construction looks cheaper, but I'm scared of delays. Ready-to-move is safer, right? SKA Group, Sarfabad mein, sahi rahega kya? What do you think?

Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite and financial situation. If you can afford ready-to-move, go for it. Otherwise, do your research carefully before investing in an under-construction project.
So, OP, what did you decide? Under-construction or ready-to-move? And which area are you leaning towards?
My suggestion: visit the site, talk to existing residents (if possible), and do your due diligence before making any decision. Don't just rely on what the builder tells you.
Solid advice! Visiting the site is a must. Pictures can be deceiving.
I think ready to move is better these days. Interest rates are rising, and you don't want to pay EMI and rent at the same time. Hurts the pocket!
SKA Group has multiple projects in Noida. Which specific project are you referring to? That will help us give you more specific advice.
If you're looking at under-construction, make sure the builder has all the necessary approvals. That's a big red flag if they don't.
I bought in Sector 150. It's a bit far from the city center, but the green spaces are amazing. Ready-to-move project tha, so no stress.
RERA registration number check karo before you put down any money. Very important! And also check for any pending litigation against the builder.
With the new metro line extension, property prices in Noida are expected to rise. So, now is a good time to invest, regardless of whether it's under construction or ready to move.
Which metro line are you talking about? The one to Jewar airport?
Even with the metro, traffic is still a nightmare. Plan your commute carefully!
Under construction projects are usually cheaper because you are taking on the risk of delays and potential price fluctuations. Ready to move is safer but you pay a premium for that security.
Under construction is good if you are looking from an investment perspective with a horizon of 5-7 years. Rental yield is better on ready to move, especially in areas like Sector 18.
Possession status kya hai SKA Green Mansion ka? Anyone knows?
Ready to move is better for peace of mind, but under construction gives you more options for customization. Depends on your priority.
Don't just look at the price, look at the carpet area and the amenities being offered. Many under-construction projects lure you with low prices but the carpet area is tiny.
Sector 143B me bhi options hain. Under construction chal raha hai, but connectivity acchi hai due to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
Sarfabad? Are you talking about SKA Green Mansion? I know someone who booked there. Delay ho raha hai kaafi. Check RERA registration details properly before investing.
SKA Group? Bhai, their construction quality is average at best. I'd suggest looking at Godrej or ATS if budget allows. Thoda mehenga hai, but peace of mind milega.
I bought an under-construction property in Sector 75 three years ago. Still waiting for possession! Builder keeps giving excuses. Ready-to-move is worth the extra cost, believe me. My EMI and rent are killing me!
Oh man, that's terrible! Which builder was it? I'm also considering Sector 75.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise the moon but deliver nothing on time.
U5, have you filed a complaint with RERA? That's the only way to get them to move their butts.
Under construction mein risk toh hai bhai. But if you choose a reputed builder, the returns can be much higher. SKA Group... I've heard mixed reviews. Sarfabad is developing fast though. Dekh lo carefully.
Ready to move is definitely safer, especially if you're not in a hurry. But be prepared to pay a premium. Under construction projects can be a gamble, especially with smaller builders.
