Ltd., and honestly, the first few months have been a headache. Everyone glorifies the lower price, but nobody talks about the hidden costs! Is it really worth the stress and delays? Should I have gone for ready-to-move instead? Plus, the rental yield they promised is a joke. Kya aap logon ko pata hai how to actually achieve those numbers? What's your take? Change my mind!
