Noida investment: VVIP Group vs. Sector 81?

Hi everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida. What do you think about VVIP Group projects? Are they a good bet? Also, what's the deal with Sector 81? Is it really the next big thing? Has anyone invested there recently? I'd love to hear your experiences and opinions. Thanks!
