Noida investment for NRIs? Real total cost is the main worry. Future Rhythm County ka price range toh ₹78 L se ₹2.3 Cr hai, that's a huge jump. Kya itna return milta hai wahan?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Hidden charges and maintenance really add up. My friend bought a flat near Alpha II, and the final bill was almost 15% higher than the quoted price. For Future Rhythm County, check their maintenance charges carefully, they can be steep.
