Just watched a video discussing recommended changes for Delhi-NCR developers, with a lot of focus on Noida. I'm looking at potential investments there, maybe M3M or Signature Global projects. My main concern is if these developer changes will really translate into better future appreciation or rental yields. Honestly, some of the current pricing seems a bit steep. What's everyone's take on Noida's long-term growth potential given these updates? Is it still a solid bet for good ROI?

Honestly, yeh developer changes wali baat sunkar toh aur tension ho rahi hai. Har baar kuch naya aata hai aur builders wahi apni marzi karte hain. Noida mein M3M ya Signature Global jaise bade names bhi agar apni practices change nahi karte, toh appreciation ka kya fayda? Current pricing toh already bahut inflated lag rahi hai. Kya lagta hai, yeh bas hype hai ya kuch real change aayega?
