Sector 150 — been researching this area for 6 months now. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Builders like Godrej Properties aur ATS ke projects dekhe hain. Prices upar jaa rahe hain, especially with Jewar Airport. Soch raha hoon abhi invest karna sahi hai ya market peak pe hai? What are signs of correction?

U3, correction toh aayega but kab, nobody knows for sure. Generally, signs hote hain unsold inventory badhna, or interest rates skyrocket karna. Abhi interest rates stable hain, aur demand bhi dikh rahi hai. I booked a 2BHK in Alistonia Estate two years back, got it for 4800/sqft. Abhi rate 6000+ chal raha hai wahan. Builder ne bola tha possession next year, let's see. Jewar airport ka impact toh hai, but also the improved connectivity to Delhi-NCR is a major factor.
U5, my friend also booked in Alistonia Estate. Builder ne bola hai Q4 2024. But given the track record of many builders, I'm not holding my breath. Yeh builders ke
Alistonia Estate? Possession status kya hai? Mera builder toh har baar date badha deta hai. So frustrating!
Yaar, I totally get what you're saying! Jewar Airport ka hype toh real hai. My friends who invested in Sector 150 a couple of years back are already seeing good appreciation. Lagta hai abhi bhi time hai pakadne ka, warna train choot jayegi. But I'm also a bit hesitant about the current prices, wondering if I'm late to the party. What do others think?
But what if it's already a bubble? Prices have shot up so much. Is it sustainable, ya phir correction aayega? I'm so confused, don't want to buy at the peak.
Exactly! Godrej aur ATS ke projects toh premium hain, but demand bhi high hai. Lagta hai prices aur upar jayenge.
