Noida investment: Yamuna Expressway or Nehra Infra Homes?

Okay, I'll say it: Everyone glorifies Yamuna Expressway Sector-22D but is it *really* worth it for families? Nehra Infra Homes is cheaper. I need a 3BHK at least. Wife wants a good society for the kids. Safe bhi hona chahiye, yaar. What do you think? Change my mind!
