But honestly, as an investor, I'm fed up of renting aur finally taking the plunge, but EMI vs rent math mein yeh fancy clubhouse, gym ka kya faayda? Promised amenities vs delivered, kitna difference hota hai? Okay, I'll say what no one says: high maintenance charges for amenities nobody uses daily, does it actually improve resale value ya bas EMI badha deta hai? Does it even attract good tenants long-term? Lagta hai bas developers ka marketing gimmick hai. Change my mind.

Yaar, exactly what I feel. Yeh 'luxury' amenities sun sun ke thak gaya hoon. Lotus Vatika ke 4 units mein kaunsa international-level clubhouse ban jayega? End mein toh bas high maintenance charges ka bill aata hai, aur koi use bhi nahi karta. Especially for a first-time buyer like me, every rupee counts. Noida market mein already itna competition hai, upar se yeh extra load. Kya sach mein isse resale value badhti hai ya bas developer ka marketing gimmick hai?
