Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Gaursons Grandeur. It’s completed, ₹1.14 Cr–₹3.12 Cr. For investors, what's the real capital appreciation potential from here? Owners, what rental yield are you actually seeing? Is it enough to partially cover EMI? Also, how liquid is the resale market for this project? I'm trying to understand the exit strategy for 5-7 years out. Does Gaursons' track record make resale smooth?
