Noida investors: How do you assess construction quality remotely?
₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK in Noida is a significant investment for me, especially being based in Dubai. I'm looking at properties like Aditya Shubh Aditya Urban Homes and my main concern is construction quality. Without physical site inspections, it's really hard to gauge if the finishing will hold up after a couple of years. I've heard stories about early cracks and seepage issues, which directly impact future resale value and long-term maintenance costs. Also, are the promised amenities – like clubhouses and sports facilities – actually delivered and maintained, or do they become ghost facilities? Do these amenities truly attract premium tenants or just add to the initial cost without much ROI? Any insights from current residents or investors on construction longevity and amenity utility in Noida projects would be greatly appreciated.

Totally agree with your concern, OP. Remote buying is a headache,
Bhai, ₹1.2 Cr for Aditya Shubh Aditya Urban Homes? Are you sure you got the right project name? Because as per my research, iska price range toh ₹16 L – ₹23 L hi hai. It's 'Ready to Move' since 2017 with 'Rera Not Applicable'. This huge difference is confusing, please double-check. Don't fall for any misdirection.
