Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150. Aditya Shubh Aditya Urban Homes by Property Minds Pvt Ltd looks promising. Builder ka legal track record kaise check karein beyond just RERA registration? Kya aur documents dekhne chahiye for title clarity? Investors, aap log kya dekhte ho for legal peace of mind? Honestly not sure if RERA is enough.

Yaar, Property Minds Pvt Ltd? Never heard of them. Sector 150 mein aise unknown names sunke darr lagta hai. RERA toh basic hai, but what about actual delivery?
