How's the resale market for a 2BHK in Sector 137? I'm eyeing Godrej Properties, budget ₹80L. Honestly, I'm worried about getting stuck if I need to sell in 5-7 years. Will Jewar Airport make mid-segment properties easy to offload, or is that too optimistic?
