Okay I'll say what no one says but Max 105 ka pricing ₹9.43 Cr se start ho raha hai. I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm genuinely concerned about capital appreciation here. Given it's upcoming, builder ka track record on delivery matters big time. Is it just paper value? Kya yeh ghost society ban jayega with high investor ratio? Honestly, is this price justified for future resale? Change my mind.

Exactly my thoughts! ₹9.43 Cr for an upcoming project, that too with possession in 2031? Bhai, itna wait kaun karega aur itne paise daal ke? Noida mein aur bhi options hain jo ready-to-move hain ya jaldi mil jayenge. Mujhe toh lagta hai ye sirf investors ke liye hai, end-users ke liye nahi.
