Okay I'll be honest — I'm fed up of renting now. Finally taking the plunge in Noida. I'm looking at a 3BHK in F Block, maybe CGEWHO Group. Builder keh raha hai no negotiation, but I doubt it. Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain, realistically? Aur hidden charges kya kya hote hain possession ke time? Investor perspective se, how to get the total cost right?
