Bhai, pre-launch toh naam ka hi discount hota hai. Maine suna hai ki builders pehle inflated prices dikhate hain, phir uss pe discount bolte hain. Tribeca ka track record toh theek hai but Sector 150 mein competition itna high hai, lagta nahi kuch khaas milega. Kya lagta hai, genuine savings hoti hain ya bas FOMO create karte hain buyers mein?
