Okay, I thought I was smart about under-construction site visits, but after getting possession of my unit in Jaypee Kube just last month, I'm seeing things nobody told me. Minor cracks are popping up already; fittings feel flimsy. It really makes me question the long-term ROI and future maintenance costs for tenants. Are these initial quality issues common? Also, how much do those fancy amenities actually contribute to rental premium? I'm not sure if they're worth the higher price or just a maintenance burden. Any hacks for spotting this early?
