Noida investors — Today Kings Park pe kya opinion hai?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab bas project choose karna hai for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself, relying on community feedback for Today Kings Park. It's a completed project, which is good, but I'm worried about its resale market. Is the secondary market active for flats here? What's the real capital appreciation potential like, especially post-completion? Was the pre-launch price significantly lower?
