Resale liquidity for completed projects in Noida is often tougher than brokers let on. I'm eyeing JMD Vinayak Heights for investment, the ₹42-45L price point looks decent. As someone in real estate, I know what they don't tell you. What's the actual rental yield people are getting there? And is it mostly investors or end-users? Worried about it turning into a ghost society if the investor ratio is too high. Any real experiences with reselling flats there?
