Noida investors — what's your property holding strategy?

The conventional wisdom about holding property for 10+ years for maximum gain? Noida mein it doesn't always apply, from my experience. I've seen better appreciation in 3-5 years post-possession, especially in sectors like 150 ya 137, with Jewar Airport impact. My 2BHK in Sector 150 gave good ROI quickly. Is it better to book profits earlier and reinvest, ya wait for that long-term boom? I feel the sweet spot for resale is shorter now. Change my mind.
