Investor ke liye construction-linked better hai agar aapko cash flow manage karna hai. Down payment mein ekdam se bada chunk chala jaata hai. Par returns tabhi aayenge jab possession time pe mile. Agar delivery late hui toh CLP bhi headache ban jaata hai. Upar se pre-EMI ka burden, jaisa U4 ne bola.
Haan bhai, price toh sach mein high hai. Aur yeh 'all-in cost' wali baat bahut sahi kahi. Builders bahut hidden charges laga dete hain, registration, power backup, club membership ke naam pe. Uska bhi idea lena padega.
