Noida mein kuch toh ho raha hai! The Noida Authority has upped the land acquisition rate for New Noida (DNGIR) to ₹4,300 per square meter, basically matching what YEIDA offers. This is a big deal kyunki it means farmers might be more willing to sell their land for the project. Zyada land, faster development, right? And ₹800 crore is already set aside for the first phase.
