Yaar, property lene ka plan toh hai, but rates itne unpredictable hai! Always worried about kab rate badh jaaye. But, Noida mein ek interesting update hai. Apparently, Noida Authority ne New Noida (DNGIR) ke liye land acquisition rate ₹4,300 per sqm set kiya hai, jo YEIDA ke rate ke barabar hai. Basically, they want to speed things up with land acquisition across 84 villages. So, agar aap New Noida mein invest karne ka soch rahe ho, toh yeh news kaafi important hai. Maybe things will move faster now? Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?

I heard some farmers are protesting the land acquisition in some of these villages. That could create delays. Anyone have more information on this?
I think it's a positive step overall. Equalising rates will definitely streamline the process. But implementation is key. Let's see what happens.
Yeh sab toh theek hai, but what about the environment? So much construction is already happening in Noida. New Noida will only add to the pollution and traffic.
I'm more concerned about the basic amenities like water and electricity. Noida already struggles with these. How will they manage with a new city?
So, overall consensus kya hai? Invest karein ya wait karein?
I'm an NRI looking to invest. Is it safe to invest in New Noida from abroad? Any specific things I should be aware of?
U18, get a good real estate lawyer. They can help you navigate the legalities and ensure everything is above board.
Currency fluctuations can be a big factor for NRIs. Factor that into your calculations.
Anyone have any insights on the impact of the upcoming Jewar airport on property prices in New Noida?
Jewar airport is a game changer, no doubt. But it's still years away. Don't expect overnight miracles.
I think this is a good move long term. If they can acquire land quickly, more projects will come up and maybe prices will stabilize eventually. Fingers crossed!
Stabilise? Bhai, Noida mein prices kabhi stabilise nahi hote! Always going up!
Sector 150 mein rates toh sky high ho gaye hain. 10k per sqft se bhi upar kuch projects mein. New Noida is probably the only way to get something 'affordable' (relatively speaking).
RERA registration number check karna mat bhoolna, before booking anything! Bahut fraud ho raha hai.
Absolutely! RERA is your best friend. Don't trust anyone blindly.
My friend bought a plot near Jewar airport. He's saying prices have already doubled. New Noida might be similar in the future.
Bhai, New Noida is still very far from developed. Infrastructure kab banega? Metro connectivity kab aayegi? These are bigger questions.
True that. Infrastructure is key. Without it, it's just land.
Exactly. They're selling dreams, not reality right now. Need to see concrete development before investing.
I invested in a plot in YEIDA a few years back. Still waiting for possession. Don't get your hopes up too high. Paperwork is one thing, actual development is another.
Does anyone know which sectors exactly are included in this New Noida development? I heard it's spread across Gautam Buddh Nagar and Bulandshahr.

Positive hi hona chahiye, bhai. Land acquisition fast hoga toh projects jaldi complete honge. Less delay, less tension!
Hmm, equalising rates is good in theory, but will it *actually* speed things up? Noida Authority ka track record kuch khaas nahi hai land acquisition mein. I'm cautiously optimistic.
YEIDA ka rate toh already kaafi high hai. Isse affordable housing par impact padega? I'm a first-time buyer, looking for something under 50L.
Exactly my concern! ₹4,300 per sqm sounds expensive. Affordable toh door ki baat hai.
U4, try looking in sectors near Pari Chowk. Maybe you'll find something there. But be prepared to compromise on size.
