Noida Land Rates Aligned with YEIDA for Development

Noida Authority is setting land rates for New Noida (DNGIR) at ₹4,300 per sqm, same as YEIDA. Basically, they want to speed things up around the Noida International Airport. Think about it – 209 sq km across 84 villages is a huge area! This could mean a big push for development and potentially better returns for those who invest early.
