Noida land rates at par with YEIDA at ₹4,300 per sq meters

₹4,300 per square meter! That's the new land acquisition rate in Noida, folks. Noida Authority just bumped up their rates to match YEIDA for the New Noida area (DNGIR). Essentially, this means the government is serious about getting land for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region. Seedhi baat, this could be good news for future development and potentially boost property values in the long run.
