Hey Noida folks, any of you invested in Sports City projects and feeling stuck? Well, *achhe din* might be coming! The Noida Authority has finally lifted the ban on Sports City projects. This means builders like Tata Projects, Godrej Properties, Lotus Greens, and Eldeco Group can now submit revised plans. Seedhi baat, this is potentially HUGE for those of you waiting for possession of your flats. It's been a long wait, and hopefully, this move will get things moving again. Of course, there's still a process to go through, but it's definitely a step in the right direction. Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?

I'm hoping this will finally resolve the mess in Sports City. It's been a long and frustrating journey for all of us.
Let's hope this news translates into real progress on the ground. *Bhagwan kare sab theek ho jaaye*!
Don't forget to check the builder's track record on other projects before investing. Some of these guys have a history of delays and quality issues.
*Yeh sab toh theek hai*, but what about the amenities? Will they actually build the sports facilities they promised? That's the whole point of Sports City!
I think the key is to be patient and do your due diligence. Don't rush into anything based on this news.
So what's the next step? When will construction actually start? Anyone have any inside information?
Positive! I'm an NRI and I've been following this closely. Noida real estate has huge potential, but these delays were a major concern.
I bought a plot in Sports City. Does this affect plot owners as well, or just flat buyers?
*Dekho bhai*, it's a good sign, but don't get too excited. These builders are masters of delay. I'll believe it when I see it.
I think this is a calculated move by the Noida Authority before the elections. *Vote bank politics hai*. But hey, if it benefits us, I'm not complaining.
Someone please tell me the current average rate per sqft in Sector 150? Trying to gauge the market.
*Aree yaar*, I bought a flat in Eldeco's project in Sports City. They promised possession in 2018! Still waiting. I'm paying rent and EMI both. *Kya karoon?*
U11, file a complaint with RERA. That's what I did. It takes time, but it's the only way to get your money back or force them to complete the project.
This is good for the overall market in Noida. Sports City was dragging everything down. Hopefully, this will boost confidence.
What about the impact on prices? Will this cause prices to go up in the area? I'm thinking of investing.
U14, prices will definitely go up if construction actually resumes. Sector 150 is already seeing some appreciation because of the metro extension.
My friend bought in Tata's project. He said they were asking for extra money for 'development charges' even though it wasn't in the agreement. Be careful of these tactics.
Positive, definitely! *Der aaye durust aaye*. But we need to keep the pressure on the Noida Authority and the builders. They'll try to cut corners if we don't.
I'm skeptical. We've heard this before. 'Approvals resume' doesn't mean anything until construction actually restarts. Show me the cranes!
U6, *sahi baat hai*. It's all talk until we see progress on the ground. I'm not getting my hopes up yet.
Anyone know the specific sectors affected? I'm looking at a resale in Sector 150. Is that part of Sports City?
U8, Sector 150 is definitely part of it. Most of the Sports City projects are concentrated there.
U8, be careful with resales in Sector 150. Check the RERA registration number and the completion status VERY carefully. Some projects are still heavily delayed.
Finally some good news! I invested in Lotus Greens Sports City back in 2014. *Bahut pareshaan ho gaya tha*. Hopefully, this will actually lead to something.
U1, 2014? Bhai, you've been waiting a decade! I'm surprised you haven't lost hope. Let's see if they actually deliver *ya phir se jhootha vaada*.
U1, I'm in the same boat with Lotus Greens! Sector 79, right? *Mera toh dil toot gaya tha*. Fingers crossed this is real this time.
