Noida Luxury Apartments: County 107 - worth it?
Guys, dekho this video on top Noida projects. County 107 dikha raha hai, L&T ka. My budget is stretching already, but those apartments look amazing! Is it worth the premium price? Any insights from people who've checked it out? Kya scene hai actually?

For a first-time buyer, County 107 might be too much. L&T is a reliable builder, no doubt, but this is a very niche segment. With 230 total units, it's not a small project either. Does it feel too crowded or dense for a 'luxury' offering? Or is the layout well-planned to maintain exclusivity?
I think L&T's design generally accounts for density pretty well, even with 230 units. They're good at optimizing space and amenities. But yes, the price point is the main barrier for most of us first-timers.

Haan U6, I know a friend who got their unit on time, just before Christmas. They were quite happy with the handover process. So, L&T delivered on their promise there. But even after that, it's still way out of my league. I'm looking at something more affordable in areas like Alpha-II Commercial Belt.
U5, you're right about the completed status. But was the possession *actually* on time? Builders often give a RERA date and then drag it. Did anyone get possession on 2023-12-25 itself?
The per sq ft rate is definitely on the higher side, close to ₹20,000-₹25,000 depending on the unit size and floor. But to be fair, it's COMPLETED, possession was given on 2023-12-25, and they even have the RERA number UPRERAPRJ837374, so no construction delays to worry about. That peace of mind costs extra, I guess.

Honestly, L&T is a known name, but their 'luxury' projects sometimes feel overpriced for what you get. I'm also a first-time buyer and my budget is already tight. Noida mein aur bhi options hain jo itne high-end nahi hain but acchi quality de rahe hain.
