Noida luxury segment: Overpriced or sahi?

Okay, I'll say it: luxury flats in Noida, especially in Sector 133, are they really worth the premium? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a bigger place, maybe even a villa by Arihant Group. But is the price jump justified? Already have a home loan running. Kya aap logon ko pata hai the actual ROI? Or am I better off sticking with what I have? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Change my mind!
