My landlord hiked the rent 15% again last month. Fed up of renting, honestly. Everyone glorifies buying in Noida, like DM Infra projects, but nobody talks about the maintenance charges. You pay so much, yet the clubhouse is often a ghost town, and actual services feel non-existent. It's a rip-off. Change my mind.

Totally relate! Noida mein maintenance fees kaafi high hote hain, aur service ke naam pe kuch nahi milta. Mere building mein toh lift bhi frequently kharab rehti hai. It's so frustrating for a first-time buyer like me.
Sahi kaha! Meri friend Ajayabpur mein rehti hai, unke yahan bhi maintenance charges bahut badh gaye hain. Bolte hain amenities upgrade karenge, but nothing happens. Sirf bill aata hai.
