Noida market slowdown? My recent purchase dilemma

₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 150 felt like a good deal last year when I booked with Godrej. Possession March mein mila, abhi settle ho raha hoon. But I'm seeing news about a potential slowdown. Jewar airport hype ke baad, is the market *really* growing 5-10% pa? Or will prices flatline? Worried about future appreciation, especially with my EMI.
