Noida mein Ace or Godrej, kaunsa better hai?

Guys, I'm planning to invest in Noida real estate but confused between Ace and Godrej. What do you think about their project delivery timelines? Ace kaafi aggressive dikh raha hai, but Godrej ka reputation bhi toh hai. Has anyone experienced delays with Ace? Or Godrej? Also, which one offers better value for money in terms of price per sqft? I'm looking for a 3BHK, and budget is around 1.5 Cr. Kya aap logon ko pata hai kaunsa builder RERA guidelines better follow karta hai? Mujhe advice chahiye, please help! Which one would you recommend for long-term investment? So confused!
