Noida mein Ace or Godrej, kaunsa better hai?

Guys, I'm confused. Ace or Godrej in Noida, which one should I go for? I'm mainly looking at investment, so ROI matters a lot. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, which one has better resale value in the long run? Also, construction quality wise, has anyone experienced issues with either of them? I've heard Godrej has better after-sales service, is that true? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one would you recommend for a 2BHK? What do you think about their project delivery timelines?
