Noida mein Ace or Godrej, kaunsa better hai?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. I've shortlisted Ace and Godrej. What do you think? Ace ka construction quality kaisa hai? Has anyone experienced their projects? Godrej is known for timely delivery, but Ace seems to have better pricing. Which one is better for investment in the long run? Kya ROI acha milega? Also, what about customer service after possession? Godrej ki after-sales service kaisi hai? I'm looking for something with good amenities. Which one offers better amenities? Please share your experiences and advice. Mujhe advice chahiye! Thanks!
