Noida mein Ace or Godrej, kaunsa builder better hai?

Need advice on builders in Noida! I'm confused between Ace Group and Godrej Properties. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced issues with Ace's project delivery timelines? Godrej ka reputation toh achha hai, but are their projects overpriced? Mujhe investment ke liye dekhna hai, so which one offers better ROI and resale value in the long run? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their RERA compliance? Which one would you recommend for a first-time homebuyer like me? Mujhe advice chahiye! Kya kisi ne recently property kharidi hai from either of them?
