Noida mein Ace or Godrej, which one is better?

Guys, I'm confused between Ace and Godrej in Noida. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with Ace projects? Godrej seems pricier, but is it worth it for the brand value and on-time delivery? Which one would you recommend for investment and better ROI in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye, especially on resale value.
