Noida mein Ajnara vs. ATS - Which is better?

I'm confused between Ajnara and ATS in Noida. Ajnara ka track record kya hai delivery ke mamle mein? Has anyone experienced delays with them? ATS projects seem pricier, but is it worth it for the quality? Mujhe investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega, considering resale value? What do you think about their customer service? Kya aap logon ko pata hai kaun sa builder zyada financially stable hai? Any suggestions?
