Noida mein Ajnara ya ATS, kaun better hai?

Guys, Ajnara aur ATS mein se kaunsa builder Noida mein better hai? I'm looking at their on-time delivery record. Has anyone experienced delays with either? Also, what about the construction quality? ATS ka price thoda zyada hai, is it worth it? Mujhe advice chahiye, please!
