Noida mein Ajnara ya Supertech - kaun better hai?

Guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. I've shortlisted Ajnara and Supertech. What do you think about their reputations? Ajnara ka track record kaisa hai delivery ke mamle mein? Supertech ke projects mein construction quality kaisi hoti hai? Has anyone experienced delays with either of them? I've heard mixed reviews. Which one is better for investment in terms of ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya aap logon ko pata hai kaunsa builder zyada financially stable hai? What's your take on their customer service? Which one would you recommend? Any suggestions are welcome!
