Noida mein EMI vs rent: Mera calculation sahi hai kya?
Fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Eyeing a 2BHK in Gaurs Group, Noida Extension, ₹70L approx. My math shows EMI is barely ₹5-7k more than current rent. Is this sahi for everyone, ya kuch miss kar raha hu?
