Honestly, I'm completely fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge and looking at buying in Noida. Gaurs Sports Wood dekha tha, overall theek laga but open spaces ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh bahut green dikhate hain, but actual mein kitna usable space milta hai families ko? Bachchon ke liye play area bhi important hai, sirf naam ka toh nahi hoga na? EMI ke saath ek proper home chahta hoon, jahan bachche safely khel payein. Noida mein baaki projects mein kaisa experience hai? Kya builder claims aur reality mein difference hota hai ismein? Anyone living there or nearby, please share your thoughts. Is it genuinely family-friendly?

Totally get your frustration with rent hikes! Green spaces are a huge concern for me too. Builders always show lush lawns, but real usage is key. Bachchon ke liye sirf brochure ki photos nahi chahiye.
