Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida, specifically around Sector 113. What do you think about the future development plans there? Kya aap logon ko pata hai ki wahan par kitna appreciation ho sakta hai? I've been considering Ekdant Group projects. Has anyone here invested with them before? Mujhe advice chahiye about their construction quality and delivery timelines. Which one is better for long-term ROI, under-construction or ready-to-move properties?
