Noida mein investment karna safe hai?

Hi everyone, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the current market conditions? Is it really a good time to buy right now? I'm looking at Sector 140A, but not sure if it's overpriced. Also, what about Unitech Group? Has anyone experienced any issues with their projects recently? Mujhe advice chahiye about expected returns and appreciation. Short term mein kuch mil sakta hai kya? Not sure if I should go for under-construction or ready-to-move. Which one is better for investment? Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks!
