Hi guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. What's your take on the current market conditions? Buyer's market hai ya seller's? Also, which area do you think has the best ROI? I've been considering Sector 62. Kya aap logon ko pata hai Uppal Chadha Hi Tech Developers Pvt Ltd ka track record kaisa hai? Any suggestions or advice? Mujhe advice chahiye. Possession toh mil gaya, but amenities abhi bhi incomplete hain. Swimming pool is still not ready. Clubhouse bhi aadha bana hai. Builder ne bola hai, 'jaldi ho jayega'.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. They promise everything, but deliver nothing. Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake!
