Noida mein investment karna sahi rahega?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida real estate. What do you think about the current market conditions? Is it a buyer's or seller's market right now? Mujhe advice chahiye, is it the right time to buy? Also, I've been looking at Sector 29. Has anyone invested there? What's the expected appreciation in the next few years? I'm also considering DPL Builders. Kya aap logon ko pata hai unka track record kaisa hai? Which one is better for long-term ROI? Not sure if I should go for under-construction or ready-to-move properties. Any suggestions? Tbh, I'm a bit confused. I need your opinion. Is it worth it?
