Noida mein investment, Rajendra Buildcon sahi hai?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think about the current market conditions? Buyer's market hai ya seller's? Also, I've been considering property in Sector 143. Has anyone invested there recently? What's the rental yield potential like? I'm also looking at Rajendra Buildcon Pvt Ltd. Builder ka track record kya hai? Should I consider under-construction or ready-to-move properties? Mujhe advice chahiye. Expected returns kaise rahenge in the short term vs long term? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about price appreciation trends in that area? Not sure if it's the right time to buy, but I'm serious. Any suggestions?
