Guys, I'm thinking of buying a 3BHK in Noida. Wife wants a good society for the kids. Sector 1 mein Adarsh Group ka project dekh rahe hain. Has anyone invested there? Kya aap logon ko pata hai, sector mein school admission ka scene kaisa hai? Also, rent vs buy mein kya better hai right now? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar, confused hoon. Is it worth it or not? What do you think?

Sector 1 mein school admission ke liye, connection hona chahiye. Otherwise, it's very difficult. Try for schools in other sectors as well.
Check the amenities completion status before booking. I made the mistake of assuming everything would be ready, and now I'm stuck with an incomplete clubhouse.
So, what did you decide? Which project are you leaning towards now?
One more thing to consider - Noida authority is increasing circle rates soon. So, if you're buying, do it quickly!
Don't just focus on Sector 1. Explore other sectors like 44, 47, and 50. They have good societies and are relatively peaceful.
Mera experience toh bahut kharab raha hai ek builder ke saath. Ab court ke chakkar laga raha hoon. Please do your due diligence properly!
Rising property rates are making it difficult for first-time buyers. But if you can afford it, Noida is a good investment. Just choose the right builder and location.
Which floor are you considering? Higher floors generally have better views and ventilation, but maintenance charges are higher.
Adarsh Group... I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole. Too many horror stories. Look elsewhere.
Possession status kya hai? RERA registration number check karo. That will give you a clear picture of the completion date.
Good point. RERA website is your best friend in this situation. Don't trust the builder's promises.
Bhai, rent vs buy is a tough one. Interest rates are so high right now. Calculate your EMI and compare it with the rent you'd pay. Factor in maintenance charges and property tax too.
I heard Adarsh Group is facing some financial issues. Double-check before putting your hard-earned money.
Sector 1 mein metro connectivity is excellent. That's a huge plus point. But the area is also quite crowded.
Sector 1 is a prime location, no doubt. But Adarsh... hmm. I'd suggest looking at ATS or Godrej if your budget allows. They're more reliable.
ATS is good, but super expensive now. Sector 150 mein bhi options hain, check karo. But Sector 1 ka connectivity is unmatched.
I bought a 2BHK in Sector 78 three years ago. Tab rates bahut kam the. Now, it's almost doubled. Noida is definitely worth investing in, especially with the new Jewar airport coming up.
School admission is a headache everywhere in Noida. Get your child registered early, even before you finalize the property. Trust me, I've been there!
Adarsh ka naam suna toh darr lagta hai. My cousin invested in their project near Pari Chowk, and possession is delayed by 2 years! Be very careful.
Adarsh Group? Bhai, I've heard mixed reviews. Sector 1 is good location-wise, but builder reputation is key. Check their RERA records properly before investing. Also, Sector 1 ke schools mein competition bahut hai, especially for DPS and Apeejay.
Exactly! RERA mein jaake dekhna kitne projects delayed hain. Don't just go by their marketing.
U1, which Adarsh project are you looking at specifically? Knowing the project name helps to give better advice.
Rent vs. Buy depends on your financial situation, yaar. If you have a stable job and can afford the EMI, buying is always better in the long run. But Noida mein property tax is a killer!
