Noida mein investment: Sector 140 or not?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. Sector 140 mein Yam Construction Pvt Ltd ke projects kaise hain? Has anyone invested there? What do you think about the ROI? Is it better to invest in under-construction or ready-to-move properties right now? I'm also considering rental yield potential. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the current market conditions? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one is better for long-term gains?
