Hi guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think about Sector 151 vs Noida Extension? Which area has better ROI? S & U Buildtech Pvt Ltd ke projects kaise hain? Has anyone invested with them? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya long-term ke liye yeh sahi rahega?

Sector 151 mein social infrastructure is better - schools, hospitals, etc. Noida Extension is still catching up.
Has anyone actually bought property from S & U Buildtech? I'm interested to know about their construction quality and delivery timelines.
I know someone who booked a flat with them, and there were some delays in possession. But ultimately, they got the property.
My friend had a bad experience with them. Constant delays and poor communication.

Around 6-8 months delay. Construction quality seemed okay, nothing major that I know of. But it's always good to get a professional inspection done.
