Noida mein investment: Sector 78 or Investors Inn?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. Sector 78 kaisa rahega? What do you think about the future development plans there? Any idea about the expected returns and appreciation in that area? I've also been considering Investors Inn Infrastructure. Has anyone here invested with them? Mujhe advice chahiye about their projects. Builder ka track record kya hai? Which one is better for long-term gains, Sector 78 or Investors Inn? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the current market conditions in Noida? Is it a good time to buy right now? Not sure if I should go for it. What's your take?
